Our revolutionary product range

ExiFlo®

Patent Granted : GB 2622765 B

ExiFlo® is an innovative hardware device that tests the integrity of fluid channels within the heat exchange system identifying leaks between plates and to the outside environment without the need to take the system offline. Furthermore, these tests are quickly carried out before and after each production cycle to ensure that each product batch receives a pass or fail certification before leaving for distribution.

    • Does not require disconnection and invasive inspection

    • Able to be installed retrospectively to existing lines with different
types of heat exchangers or tanks

    • Utilises process water, resulting in no contamination or post-test cleaning

    • Quantification of Leaks

    • On demand testing carried out on an automated or manual
process at start of each shift or batch

    • Tests are carried out in-situ and under operational conditions without requiring a high-pressure differential

    • Data-driven maintenance information is available in real-time remotely or at the module

    • Automated operation with no advanced training required

    • Significantly shorter and more reliable testing, eliminating downtime

    • Mitigates false readings due to liquid test media

    • More accurate pressure testing tolerance

    • Greater flexibility with in-line testing is possible with connections being open or closed as required

ExiInta®

Optional Add-on

ExiInta® is an optional block and bleed separation arrangement you can include into your system. Depending on the installation arrangement chosen, you may want to include an Isolation valve to ensure that your system remains hygienic. ExiInta® allows you to do the following:

+ Clean the ExiFlo® isolation valve

+ Full hygienic separation between ExiFlo® and your heat exchanger

+ Flush the impulse lines during heat exchanger operation without affecting production.

+Protect ExiFlo from process and utility line pressure variations.

We are proud to be a member of the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG), a global network of equipment manufacturers, food processing companies, research institutes and public health authorities, with the aim of promoting hygiene during the production, processing and packaging of food products.

How does ExiFlo® Work?

ExiFlo® is a revolutionary integrity testing solution engineered for closed-loop vessels in the food and beverage industries and represents a significant advancement in leak detection technology, providing precise and efficient monitoring capabilities tailored to meet the needs of engineers, factory managers, and operators.

ExiFlo® is the result of a unique fusion of fluid handling and electronics design, integrated with advanced mechanical and digital technologies. This combination enhances leak detection across boundaries or to the atmosphere, ensuring maximum reliability and accuracy. Its seamless integration into existing process equipment ensures minimal disruption to operations, while its non-invasive testing approach eliminates the need for costly and time-consuming disassembly.

ExiFlo® offers

ExiFlo® maximises compliance and minimises risk of contamination from cracked, corroded or eroded heat exchangers causing cross-channel flow which can lead to loss of production, reduction in efficiency and product recalls that are highly damaging to brand reputation.
