Establishing trend data for cross flow-path integrity in a range of heat exchangers, from simple two-section to multi-pass heat exchangers, such as pasteurisers, enables real-time evaluation of the integrity of your processing systems. Other applications include jacketed vessels such as storage tanks and process heating or cooling vessels to be monitored continuously. All this can be achieved without the need for time-consuming and potentially process-disrupting interventions.
